[O .Reg 753\/93 &#8211; Professional Misconduct section 5]. Si un th\u00e9rapeute respiratoire est vis\u00e9 par des all\u00e9gations de mauvais traitements, le cas sera achemin\u00e9 au CEPR et pourrait faire l\u2019objet d\u2019une audience disciplinaire. Le public est admis aux audiences et des informations pourront \u00eatre publi\u00e9es par le registre public.<\/p>\n<p>Tout membre jug\u00e9 coupable de manquement professionnel (mauvais traitement inflig\u00e9 \u00e0 un patient\/client; omission de signaler un mauvais traitement; contravention \u00e0 la LPSR, etc.) pourrait \u00eatre assujetti par le Comit\u00e9 de discipline \u00e0 l&rsquo;une ou plusieurs des sanctions suivantes [Code des professions de la sant\u00e9 (CPS), article 51(2)] :<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_blurb use_icon=\u00a0\u00bbon\u00a0\u00bb font_icon=\u00a0\u00bb&#x39;||divi||400&Prime; icon_color=\u00a0\u00bb#696bae\u00a0\u00bb icon_placement=\u00a0\u00bbleft\u00a0\u00bb _builder_version=\u00a0\u00bb4.16&Prime; animation_style=\u00a0\u00bbzoom\u00a0\u00bb global_colors_info=\u00a0\u00bb{}\u00a0\u00bb]1. Le th\u00e9rapeute respiratoire est tenu, sur les plans moral, professionnel et, parfois, juridique, de signaler \u00e0 l\u2019autorit\u00e9 appropri\u00e9e tout incident professionnel dangereux ou d\u2019inconduite professionnelle, de mauvais traitements physiques ou verbaux, de mauvais traitements d\u2019ordre \u00e9motif ou toute exploitation financi\u00e8re impliquant un professionnel de la sant\u00e9 r\u00e9glement\u00e9 ou non r\u00e9glement\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Les Normes de pratique de l\u2019OTRO indiquent que le th\u00e9rapeute respiratoire a la responsabilit\u00e9 de:<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_blurb use_icon=\u00a0\u00bbon\u00a0\u00bb font_icon=\u00a0\u00bb&#x39;||divi||400&Prime;
